OPAM’s and a giveaway.

Well all is well as can be..pain is bearable and pain meds not giving any great side effects yipeee-no not yipee sitting still does not sit well with me but alas I must do as I’m told cause  dear Hubby is home with me..”sit down” “let me do that” yadee yadde yah..

So what is one to do but finish off some UFO’s…..

Table runner and 4 coasters.

P1040187 Hexagon Christmas table runner, these hexagons where from a group swap –I started sewing them together October 2007 and am happy too say now April 2010 they is done.

Cover mat for my printer.

P1040188 oops just realized this is the back of the mat..be right back with a pic of the front……

Ahh here we go now you didn’t miss me eh?

P1040189 Ahh that’s it, from memory this fabric was called ginger blossom, Originally I made this mat to take a photo to transfer onto Roclon-which I did and made a wee bag which can be seen here. Anyways I realized on Sunday that it would be the perfect size to sit atop my printer.

And way back in 2005 I bought every Golly pattern I could find on Ebay and started making me some

golly appliqué blocks..well sadly these poor blocks sat in my WISPS (works in progress storage)drawer without any faces..over the past week or so I have giving these poor golly’s life and finally have finished my hanging…(just need hubby to make me a hanger)..

P1040183 Very hard to get a good picture of this due to our lovely fresh overcast day today…Anyways so that is it I am happy with it but am now over doing any more golly applique..so I am happy to swap my golly patterns for some variegated embroidery thread (pinks-greens-browns-reds)…

P1040191

so If you would like to be the new owner of these 14 appliqué patterns speak up now…..

Cheers Vickie

Thanks for stopping by.

Hey I love your Christmas table runner....lovely. Looks like you've been getting a fair bit done. That's what happens when you're restricted.....you just have to sew. Hugs and well wishes to you. Kind regards, Anita.
