Last night was the 3rd Friday of the month and that is when Wendy hosts Friday Night Sew In.

Was a perfect Friday for me as I was grounded to my chair after having PRP Therapy on both my knees (just google it, you may find it very interesting), which in truth is a tad painful (I opt not to have any anaesthetic-as I do not want anything to be masked).
Anyway I had forgot to trace any stitching's for needlework so I pumped up the aircon and sat and knitted (yes I know I live in Darwin, but I do visit interstate were the weather can be a lot milder). I watched an old movie called The December Boys, and knitted away. Managing to knit 3 more inches so was very pleased, the wool is so soft it's a joy to knit with. Dratted dogs love to chase my wool , so I bought the lovely ceramic Flamingo bucket to hold my wool as it is to big for my knitting bowls.

Oh! That yarn is knitting up to such a wonderfully soft shawl!!! I can see why the dogs are attracted to the yarn balls. Naughty pups. Hahaha! What a pretty yarn bucket.
