When I cleaned up my sewing room 2 weeks ago,I popped my rubbish bin up on a stool and just had never got around to taking it off..Well it has just come to me that it can live on a stool forever.
Look at my floor just a couple of threads no scraps of fabric nudaaaaaaaah, because with the bin on the stool I actually hold the waste and pop in into the bin-instead of a general sweep off the edge and hit and miss kinda thing.
And before you all go “but hey you have to sew to make a mess”. well I have been doing the Swoon sewalong with Kate ,I have been swooning along rather happily will post some pics soon am making 4th swoon block now.
Cheers for now Vickie
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Vickie,
Thanks for the tip!! Maybe that's what I need to do.
Regards, Anita.
Ah I am lazy - I throw my threads on to the floor and when I vacume (once a week) it gets scked up then. Having said that dh did have to clean the head today because (cough cough) it was a tad clogged up of threads. Ummmm wonder where from!!! I could not possibly have thrown that much on the floor since last head clean!!!
You know, I actually bought the quilt kit as my Christmas gift because it was 50% off at FQS, and I have loved it since I first saw it.
I hope I can make some time to at least stitch one block a month, Vickie, but my poor hands are bit too sore right now after moving. I should have a block done for my birthday next month though. It's such a gorgeous quilt, isn't it!?
Hugs
Jenny
